For over 30 years, Chuck has defended public forests and watersheds in Oregon.

Chuck will briefly examine the transformation of the US economy over the past three decades and its impact on forest ownership and management.  Due to the large presence of Forest Service lands near Yachats, he will also discuss the Coast Range Association’s citizen forest documentation project related to Forest Plan amendments currently being considered.
